Credits are the currency of Instama. Every asset you generate, images, copy, video, etc.. consumes credits based on the underlying AI cost. You can keep track of your credits-usage on your dashboard.
No. Monthly plan credits expire after 30 days and reset at the start of your next billing cycle. Credits purchased as a top-up also expire 30 days from the date of purchase, independent of your billing cycle.
You're charged €99 per seat per month. A seat is activated and billed only when an invited team member accepts their invitation. You won't be charged for pending invitations.
Yes. On Standard and Teams plans you can purchase credit top-ups at any time: 250 credits for €40 or 1,000 credits for €125. Enterprise plans have unlimited credits and don't need top-ups.
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and iDEAL. All charges are upfront except for Enterprise customers who are billed post-payment.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Upgrading immediately unlocks team member invitations and shared credits.
Yes. If you are not using your account you can downgrade so that all your assets stay available in case you want to restart later. You can also cancel your account completely in that case your account access and assets are deleted after 30 days.
